This free ASP host has been providing free web site hosting services since 1998, and their free hosting service seams to be quite reliable.

They offer Instant account activation and Online Control Panel (but no FTP support), DSN-Less database connection, so databases are not secure.

Users get free website URL like http://ccc.domaindlx.com/username/ and no forced ads at this time.
